Tuesday , Thursday and Friday starting 12.45pm and running for 40 minutes .
Monday to Friday starting 6.15pm we have our Boxing / Fitness sessions , consisting of general fitness , focus pads , shields and Punching bags . Also basic footwork and skills
Saturday morning starts at 9.15am , our 1 hour session is a great way to begin the weekend !
Wednesday and Thursday Night is a dedicated hour to Boxing Circuit Training . This hour commencing at 7.20pm will test your strength and fitness through a variety of Boxing related fitness exercises .

This new and exciting program offer kids between 7-13 years of age the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Boxing and also gain some knowledge on general fitness activities.
Twice a week we offer sessions in our well equipped facility at CSU Bathurst .
