New Lunchtime sessions are a great way to blow off some steam during your lunch break.
Tuesday , Thursday and Friday starting 12.45pm and running for 40 minutes .
Monday to Friday starting 6.15pm we have our Boxing / Fitness sessions , consisting of general fitness , focus pads , shields and Punching bags . Also basic footwork and skills
Saturday morning starts at 9.15am , our 1 hour session is a great way to begin the weekend !
Thursday Night is a dedicated hour to the Punching Bag . This hour commencing at 7.20pm will test your Fitness and push you to the limit .......

This new and exciting program offer kids between 7-13 years of age the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Boxing and also gain some knowledge on general fitness activities.
Twice a week we offer sessions in our well equipped facility at CSU Bathurst .

10 session group fitness pass can be used at our morning , lunchtime or evening group boxing sessions .

Full time Personal trainer , specialising in Boxing and or Fitness . Boxing Australia Accredited Coach ( Level 1 ) , qualifyed and insured , trained in first aid / CPR and Working with children approved .
