We have recently added the infared sauna to aid in recovery .

Saturday Fitness
Start your weekend off the right way with some Saturday Fitness
Sessions run @ 7.05am, 9.05am

Kids, Juniors & Teens Boxing
This program teaches the basics of boxing and helps with fitness and confidence perfect for all abilities
Monday @ 4pm
