Strength & Conditioning

Improve your Strength and Conditioning in our 45 minute class

Monday to Thursday 5.05pm

Weights Training

Improve your general function, strength, confidence and flexibility in a 45 minute weighted workout

Wednesday and Friday 7:00pm

Recovery Infared Sauna

We have recently added the infared sauna to aid in recovery .

Available for gold members only 

Saturday Fitness

Start your weekend off the right way with some Saturday Fitness

Sessions run @ 7.05am, 9.05am 

Kids, Juniors & Teens Boxing

This program teaches the basics of boxing and helps with fitness and confidence perfect for all abilities
